When in Rome II...
On 11 January 2009 the Rome II Regulation (EC No. 864/2007) on the law applicable to non contractual obligations came into force and will be applied directly in all EU Member States except for Denmark. The Regulation brings changes to the rules determining the law which will govern non contractual obligations in civil and commercial matter.
